This particular embellishment project is just an example of such eccentricity.
The original garment came with green beads but I did not really like them because it made the garment looked so "green". Besides, the person who did the embellishments did not really do a good job because, some beads were sewn with a red thread, instead of a green or orange thread, which should complement very well with the colours of the garment - orangey and green.
Being the perfectionist that I am, there could not be any better or more valid reason for me not to re-embellish the garment. So, since I had a lot of gold beads in store, I decided to go ahead with it.
It was quite a lot of work to do, but since I had too much time on my hands, I persevered. Needless to say, the outcome was satisfying.

I even finished embellishing on time, that I could wear the garment for my nephew's National Service enlistment party.
